Golden Buggy is a doggy adventure bus! 🚌🐾 We pick up friendly pups, take them on safe, supervised adventures with social time and play, then bring them home happy and tired. We also offer mini rides for pups who enjoy car rides and social time but prefer a calmer, lower-activity experience — a great option for senior pups.

Yes! We welcome all friendly, social dogs — not just goldens. As long as your pup is people-friendly, dog-friendly, and safe in a group setting, they’re welcome to join the Golden Buggy.

Please understand that not all dogs are a suitable fit for our group-style adventures. Our top priority is safety and harmony within the pack.

If a dog shows signs of fearfulness, reactivity, or aggression during their evaluation, we may not be able to accommodate them at this time. We’re always happy to recommend next steps or re-evaluation once they’re more comfortable around other dogs.

Absolutely! Once we’ve met your pup during a first-time ride or meet & greet, we can safely handle pick-up and drop-off while you’re away — just share any gate code or key spot ahead of time.

We service the East Valley and surrounding areas through scheduled, zone-based routes.

Our service areas are divided into zones based on location and ride type:

• Colored zones indicate areas eligible for home pickup

• Gray zones indicate meet-up ride options

If you live in a gray zone, you’ll meet us at a designated bus stop location rather than receiving home pickup. These meet-up rides still include the full Golden Buggy experience — including cruising, social time, and park adventures — just with a central meet-up instead of doorstep pickup.

Availability and meet-up locations vary by route and day. To learn more about service zones, pricing, and ride options, we recommend reviewing our ride packages or submitting an application so we can help match your pup to the best experience.

Our Classic Ride + Play Adventure lasts around 2–4 hours, depending on the route and group size. We’ll be flexible with our ride times during the beginning of our launch. As we grow and build our community, we’ll add more set routes and scheduled ride times. 🐾

Nope! Once you’ve joined the Golden Buggy family, you don’t need to fill out the form again unless your dog’s information has changed.

Returning customers can simply text us to book their next ride — quick and easy!

Safety comes first. Our bus has harness attachments, gated seating, and non-slip floors. Every dog rides securely, and our team is trained in Pet First Aid.

Never! Each dog rides safely in their assigned seat with a harness — no kennels, just comfy, secure spots with friends.

For everyone’s safety, we do keep an emergency kennel and soft muzzles on hand, but they’re only used if absolutely needed to keep pups calm and protected.

We rely on owners to ensure their pups are healthy and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, including rabies as required by Arizona law.

By joining a Golden Buggy ride, you certify that your dog is current on their vaccines and safe to participate in group activities.

No, we do not require spaying or neutering. However, all pups must be friendly, non-reactive, and able to ride safely in a group environment. If your dog is in heat, please wait to schedule until their cycle is complete.

Yes, we offer small, dog-safe treats during the ride. If your pup has allergies or shouldn’t have treats, just let us know on your form — we’re happy to skip treat time or follow your instructions.

Your first pup is charged the regular ride price. If you have more than one dog joining the same ride, each extra dog is just $22.

Simply list all of your dogs on your application form — we’ll automatically apply the additional dog pricing for you.

We accept Zelle, Venmo, or major credit cards. Payment can be made when booking or right before your pup’s ride.

Same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the ride fee, since spots are limited and routes are planned ahead.

Yes! We love celebrating pups 🐾🎉

Birthday celebrations can be added onto any regular Golden Buggy ride. When booking, simply note that your pup is celebrating a birthday, and we’ll include our Birthday Ride add-on to make their adventure extra special.

For private events, we offer our Neighborhood Pup Party Ride — a private group adventure designed for friends or neighborhood pups to ride and socialize together.

Private party rides start at $259. We ask for at least two weeks’ advance notice to check route availability and coordinate scheduling, as we do operate on set routes throughout the week.

Yes! When it’s too hot, we move playtime indoors to a climate-controlled space. Outdoor sessions are shortened and paws stay protected.

The Golden Buggy can safely transport 12 dogs per trip, depending on their size and seating layout.

Large dogs get their own seat, medium dogs share two per seat, and smaller pups can ride three per seat — all safely secured with harnesses.

Every pup has a Welcome Aboard name tag above their seat, a fresh water bowl, and fun toys to enjoy. After each ride, you’ll receive a personalized report card highlighting your dog’s adventure.

Birthdays are extra special — pups get a birthday bandanna to keep, a birthday photo, and a cheerful birthday song from our team! 🎉
