Service Description
Before requesting a seat: A Golden Buggy application must be submitted for your pup so we have their information on file. If you haven’t applied yet, please complete our Dog Application before submitting a seat request. A spooky-fun Halloween cruise made just for the dogs! Pups will meet us at our Gilbert bus stop, hop aboard the decorated bus, and head out for a Halloween ride with their furry friends through some nearby neighborhoods to check out the Halloween decorations along the way. They’ll enjoy Halloween treats, a pup cup, and plenty of Halloween fun, while owners can follow along with live GPS tracking and see photo updates throughout the cruise. Each dog will also go home with a Halloween bandana. Feel free to send your pup dressed in their favorite Halloween costume! Quick note: Submitting a request does not confirm your pup’s seat. Each request is reviewed based on your pup’s application, group compatibility, and remaining availability. If approved, you’ll receive a Square invoice and waiver by email/text to secure your pup’s seat. Your pup’s seat is officially confirmed once payment is received and the waiver is signed. Exact meet-up location and ride details will be provided once your seat is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Meet-Up rides are manually approved and space is limited. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours based on your pup’s application, temperament, group compatibility, and availability. Please only request a seat for dogs who are friendly, social, and comfortable around other dogs. Submitting a request does not guarantee a seat. If approved, you’ll receive a Square invoice and waiver by email. Your pup’s seat is confirmed once both are completed, and exact meet-up details will then be provided. Safety & Temperament: If a pup displays significant reactivity, aggression, or other behavior that prevents safe participation at meet-up, the ride may be declined and 50% of the ride fee will be non-refundable. Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled ride are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
